The Audit
Trail (also known as audit log)
is a record showing who has accessed the computer system and which transactions
he/she entered from a given period of time. In this report, you can filter based
on the User ID that performed the data entry. You can select the voucher numbers
to be included, and the double entries and other details are displayed in the
report.
As there may be sensitive information such as
transactions entered by other users, it is advisable to create a security
control to prevent unauthorised access by restricted
users.
