Ledger Tracking

Ledger Tracking

What is ledger?

Ledger is where you keep the records of your business transactions. It is a summary of all amounts entered in supporting journals which list individual transactions by date.

Benefits of Using Ledger Tracking

Ledger tracking allows you to see the last user who edited the transaction in every ledger, as well as the information and the date when the transaction was last edited. Please be noted that your edit history will not be shown here, only the last edit will do.

How Ledger Tracking Works?

Ledger Tracking helps users to track the last person who amend the particular transaction. Users can track transactions by searching on voucher number or transaction periods.

1.    Late document means the last amended transaction.
