Backup Data
This feature is to backup data for
your company, for restoring in the future. For example, if the company data
becomes corrupted or your computer is damaged
etc.
You should backup your company data
into an external
storage device such as a thumb
drive or an external
hard disc for added security so that the data is stored separately from
the main computer.

Use this finger button
to select the directory to backup to (a new window will pop out
below)

You can tick this to
backup reports as well, e.g. if you are using special customised reports. This
backup file takes up more space on the disk.

Select Backup to start the backup
