Reports
This menu tab contains shortcuts to each report
under the Reports column for each of
these modules above.
The only report that is not a
shortcut, but can only be accessed from this Reports tab is the Manufacturing
Analysis report [see below]
You need to access the
manufacturing analysis report from the Reports menu tab, because this report
has been hidden from the General
Ledger
module.
This report is to display and print a P&L report
for analysis of GL codes that you assigned under a manufacture code. You can
create Manufacture codes under the Maintenance tab [see pg 358
above].
Select Reports tab
→ A. General
Ledger → G.
Manufacturing Report
This will bring you to a Print screen for the
Manufacturing Analysis report.
You can use the shortcuts below to set the period
above quickly.
12 Months
up to selected month: The period is adjusted to 12
months ending the current month
Current
Month: The period is adjusted to the current
month
Comparison: This adjusts the period to
the current month and adds a column in the report to include last year’s P&L
for the same month
Example:
The P&L statement only displays income
statement GL codes (e.g. Income, Cost of Goods Sold, and Expenses Account Type)
that have been assigned to a manufacture code (Raw Material, Direct Labour,
Factory Overhead etc) [see red boxes].
