A. Add printer

This is a shortcut function is to Add Printers application in Windows. You need to add the printers first before you are able to select them in Printer Setup for printing.

B. My Computer

This is a shortcut to My Computer (earlier version of Windows) or This PC (Windows 7 & 8).

C. Calculator

This is a shortcut to the Calculator application in Windows. The shortcut key is F5.

D. Note Pad

This is a shortcut to the Notepad application in Windows.

E. Control Panel

This is a shortcut to the Control Panel application in Windows. The shortcut key is F6.

F. Hide Status Bar

This function is to hide the status bar at the bottom of Mr Accounting [see red box below].

This status bar displays the current Company, the current User, the registration status (demo or full version) and website of Mr Accounting, and the current system time.

Did you know?

You can click on the registration status and website box to stop it from scrolling.

You can click on current system time box to open Date and Time application to adjust date/time.
